What we store
Gain Solutions LLC runs Agent-Readiness Audit. This page says what we keep, where it lives, and how to tell us to stop emailing you.
Scanned URLs
When you ask for an audit, we store the domain or URL, the public pages we fetched, the checks, the score, and any screenshot of that public page. Those records live in Supabase. We read pages that are already public. We never submit a form on a scanned site, and we never create an account there.
If you pay, claim a domain, ask about the agency plan, or join the newsletter, we store the email address in Supabase with the record it belongs to. We use it to unlock a purchase, answer you, or send the newsletter you confirmed. We do not sell the address.
Payments
Stripe processes the card payment. We store the Stripe customer id and the subscription status. We do not store the full card number.
Newsletter
Newsletter signup is double opt-in. The address stays pending until you open the confirmation link. You can unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe page, or with the one-click link in a message. Unsubscribing adds the address to a suppression list so we do not email it again. Confirming a later signup lifts that suppression.
Analytics
When PostHog is configured, the site sends product events: a scan started, a scan finished, a teaser viewed, and a checkout button clicked. PostHog does not receive your card number. If the analytics key is unset, those events are not sent.
