Canceling and refunds
Gain Solutions LLC bills through Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. The Fix Pack is refunded when we cannot deliver it.
Subscriptions
Pro is $49 a month or $490 a year. The agency plan is $149 a month or $1,490 a year. You can cancel anytime. Email hello@gainsolutions.io from the address on the Stripe receipt and we cancel the subscription. Canceling stops the next charge. We do not refund a month or year you already paid, unless we failed to provide the service you paid for.
Fix Pack
The Fix Pack is $199, paid once through Stripe. If we cannot deliver the files, we refund that payment. The files are llms.txt, robots.txt rules for AI agents, a starter OpenAPI spec, an MCP stub, and paste-in links for tasks the scan missed. Email hello@gainsolutions.io with the receipt address and we send the refund back through Stripe.
How to ask
Use the contact page or email hello@gainsolutions.io. Include the email on the Stripe receipt and say whether you want a cancellation or a Fix Pack refund. A person reads the message. We never submit forms on a scanned site, and this page does not charge a card.
